We are seeking individuals with enthusiasm for events and technology to support and maintain customers using communications and interactive services. After suitable training you will be required to operate, support, and monitor installations along with diagnosing and fixing customer issues. You will need to display good customer engagement skills, problem solving and be able to work under your own initiative, whilst working in a small team.
Wiltshire or London based
6-8 months fixed term contract starting 2012 (with potential to convert to full time)
