Undergraduate Support Engineer

We are seeking individuals with enthusiasm for events and technology to support and maintain customers at some of the UKs most prestigious events.

Support engineers help deploy, configure and monitor interactive services at these events. This should appeal to anybody who likes the mix of technology and the great outdoors! You will gain experience in the latest technologies and customer care. In addition you will be exposed to great contacts in the music, broadcasting and other industries.

Contractual details

Wiltshire based
Holiday work and 12 month placements available

Skills and qualities

• Personable individual with an enthusiasm for technology
• Good team player
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
• Basic understanding of wireless networks
• Competent with Windows and/or Linux and/or Mac OS
• There are no moving deadlines in the event industry, must be able to work under pressure
• Good sense of humour
• Can do, positve attitude

Differentiating extras:

• Experience of the events industry
• Customer facing experience
• CCNA or equivalent
• Full UK driving license

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree - ideally in computer sciences
• Valid UK work visa
