Crew management made easy with an integrated solution from Etherlive.
Accreditation can become a complex logistical challenge and legal risk for any event with large amounts of crew on site. Organisers face many challenges, ranging from identifying who is entitled to crew catering to working out who was the last person to use an item of plant and have they got the relevant credentials to do so. Many events are now looking for a one stop solution to use to ensure the right crew get what they need.
The Etherlive Accreditation System (EAS) enables simple management of all these items. From one interface site managers can approve staff on a number of items, all of which are instantly logged. Crew ID cards that can be printed on are administered centrally allowing for logging and on-going management.
The administrators can program cards on a per meal basis. Meals are automatically debited from the card once they are collected.
When taking plant or keys the crew member swipes their badge on the reader. They select the item they are borrowing. The system checks they are approved to take the item (for example only crew who have IPAF certification can take those plant items), the item is issued by site crew and finally the transaction is completed with another swipe.
