Event Technology ServicesWireless ArchitectureUnderpinning our services is a backbone wireless infrastructure using the latest WiFi standards and developed from experience in designing critical systems in global enterprises. This WiFi backbone covers your event with an umbrella onto which services are overlaid. The architecture is designed to be quick to deploy and modular in nature to deal with the unexpected. Before the event a site survey is undertaken using a powerful analysis tool which provides a provisional plan for the event. Free standing, self powered, weatherproof wireless masts are deployed allowing rapid changes to be made if required at the time of the event. Scaling from small events to large outdoor festivals and incorporating the latest in security, manageability and intrusion prevention means the system is suitable for all types of indoor and outdoor events. Real Time Location TrackingCoupled with the core wireless backbone is a location tracking system built using technology from the industry leader. This system can accurately locate a tag (or appropriate device) to within an area of 2-3 metres in real-time. The processing engine can simultaneously track many thousand tags or devices. As the system does not rely on the Global Positioning System (GPS) it works both indoors and outdoors and the tags are much lower cost. Event Management SoftwareFinally the Event Management Software works to bring all the components together. This combines an accurate, interactive, scale map of the event site, including all the temporary structures, with selectable overlays which display the real-time tracking of staff, vehicles and equipment. The console forms the focal point for event management and communications where messages and photographs can be sent immediately across the site and CCTV images can be brought up on screen. During the event all information is logged in real-time so that it can be used later for audit, planning and investigation purposes. Content distribution can be controlled centrally for broadcast to attendees, display screens and VIP areas. This can be controlled by zones allowing customised information to be sent to attendees in different areas of the event. |
