CCTV

Wirelessly connected cameras can be deployed at locations around an event site and viewed from a central location, or from any wirelessly connected laptop. Digital recording is used for instant replay and historical storage. Etherlive can work with existing CCTV suppliers to provide complimentary coverage or 'backhaul' links for their cameras or deliver a solution for use by on-site security teams. Cameras range from straight forward fixed position to full pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) as required.

Sound Monitoring

Monitoring sound levels over a large site can be a real challenge. Etherlive can assist by providing the infrastructure to connect up sound monitors from around a large site so that they can be monitored centrally. These locations can be several kilometres away so central management and control can save significant time and resource as well as a much faster response to potential issues as the information is available in real-time.

Crew Management

Reduce legal liabilities and management by introducing our contactless crew management system for members of your team. By implementing accreditation, crew can be assigned meals allowing greater visibility for meal demand forecasting and be able to generate real time results displaying who is actually consuming meals helping reduce overall costs. Other elements can also be assigned to the cards including crew identification, certifications such as IPAF and a booking out system for keys, radios and plant.

Real-Time Location Tracking

Key event staff such as security, stewards, production crew, site managers, vehicles and high value equipment can be tracked in real-time across your event site so that you always have an up-to-date map of where everyone is. An interactive map is a focal point for identifying problem areas, directing staff appropriately and sending key information including photographs and audio. The map has different overlays to display a variety of information dependent on specific needs. Tracking may include vehicles, high value equipment and any other items where location is important. Alarms can be set for key areas such as entry/exit gates, motion detection and 'panic' or call buttons.
