Location Tracking & Live Event Map

Key event staff such as security, stewards, production crew and site managers are tracked in real-time across your event site so that you always have an up to date map of where everyone is:

• The interactive map is a focal point for identifying problem areas, directing staff appropriately and sending key information including photographs and audio
• The map has different overlays to display a variety of information dependent on specific needs
• Tracking may include vehicles, high value equipment and any other items where location is important
• Alarms can be set for key areas such as entry/exit gates, motion detection and 'panic' or call buttons

Data Logging / Audit

All location data and activity is stored in real-time so you have a full audit trail of where people were at any time during the event accompanied by any messages, alerts and decisions. Information can be re-played at any time during or after the event assisting in any investigations of incidents at an event and providing information for future event planning.

CCTV

Wireless security cameras can be deployed across the site, streaming images back to your security partner and simultaneously available on the live event map. Images are recorded for later replay in conjunction with location information so that you have an accurate audit trail of what took place at your event

Communications

By means of a wireless infrastructure, telephone communications can be improved across your site using both handheld and desk handsets. This can be linked into the public telephone network, providing access from anywhere on the site. Latest generation handsets are used with full PABX functionality including voicemail, hunt groups, call forward, etc.

Remote Visibility

Any authorised user with a laptop or handheld device can access aspects of the Event Management Software remotely, enabling third parties such as the police or security partners to also gain benefit from the system.

Attendee Information

In conjunction with suitable ticketing systems attendee movement information can be gathered, ranging from simple data on how many people came through a gate to more advanced crowd flow information and density hot spots.

Advanced Capabilities

Specialist services include sound level monitoring from fixed points and staff noise exposure levels. Information can be displayed on the live event map and everything is recorded for later review and audit.
