Quick Deploy Solutions

A core focus for all of our equipment is 'roll in roll out' based on the same principles as our partners from the AV world. Typically deploying IT services means a lot of 'kit' in boxes, cabled together and configured by engineers on the day. Our senior engineers have developed a range of solutions which are completely transportable and require minimum interference once they land. In most cases they are booted up, the configuration is checked and networks are live. The solutions are also focused on ensuring maximum flexibility as every customer has slightly different requirements. For example our mobile communication unit allows a small network to be deployed quickly whilst supporting high quality wireless access and routing.

Reduction of Infrastructure

Our engineers know that no event wants to deploy more infrastructure than is required so Etherlive has forged relationships within the events industry to take advantage of natural alliances. For example our Commutations Tower Light reduces the need to install generators at remote CCTV locations or box offices with only minimum requirements like a phone and wireless internet access.

Greater Manageability

Keeping watch over immediate teams is tough enough but managing site crews of hundreds of contractors is a significant challenge. Our latest product the Crew Accreditation Systems enables site managers to use one central system for crew management from catering to radio allocation. A simple system which can be operated from just two terminals significantly increasing visibility of spend and asset location.
