Showground Installs

As the venue market continues to become more competitive many showground’s find themselves completing with other local venues to attract events who now expect high quality Wi-Fi and other technology services to be part of the package. Many are also looking to reduce infrastructure whilst maintaining flexibility both of which is possible with wireless networking.

Permanent Core Network

Etherlive has worked with many of the UK's leading showgrounds to install a permanent 'core' network which is permanently in place within an area of the site which is use regally. This network can be linked to the venue internal network allowing employees to securely connect whilst providing a separate network for guests which can use a pay as you go pricing model. For larger events the core network can be extended to other areas of the site using Wi-Fi mesh technology.

Event Experience

Etherlive has a unique understanding of events and therefore fully appreciate the challenges showgrounds face. We are experienced and willing to engage with exhibitors who may require services.

Flexible Network

Once a core network is in place it can provide more than just internet access including CCTV, PDQ machines, connectivity for ticket scanners and VoIP phones around the site.

On-going Partnership and Support

Etherlive can work with IT partners who already provide support for the existing infrastructure through training and then maintaining a third level escalation point or if required can provide service on site as a first contact.
